This policy explains how we handle requests for refunds, credits, and exchanges for orders placed at publicfoyerexchange.xyz through our pizza-focused dining experience. Eligibility for refunds or credits applies to orders placed directly with PublicFoyerExchange through publicfoyerexchange.xyz or in our pizzeria location. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria: the order was fulfilled incorrectly, the items arrived cold or spoiled, or a delivery was late beyond our stated timeframe. Items marked as “made-to-order” or “personalized” may have limited refund options, as noted at the time of purchase. Refund decisions are made by our customer care team and are final for each case.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging when applicable. For dine-in orders, refunds are considered only if the issue is reported within 24 hours of service. For takeout or delivery orders, refunds or credits are considered when a delivery is delayed beyond the promised window or the wrong items were delivered. In such cases, refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible, or as a store credit for future visits at PublicFoyerExchange.
The following refund options are available:
- Full or partial refund to the original payment method for eligible issues, including incorrect items, spoiled ingredients, or significant delays (beyond the promised delivery window).
- Store credit equal to the purchase price for issues where a refund to the original method is not feasible, to be used at PublicFoyerExchange within 12 months from the issue date.
- Replacement items at no additional cost when available, particularly for incorrect or spoiled orders.
To request a refund or credit, please provide:
- Order number and date
- Brief description of the issue and the items involved
- Contact information for follow-up
Process timeline: once a refund request is submitted, our team will review the case within 2–5 business days. You will be notified by email or phone at +44 20 7946 0958 about the decision. If approved, refunds or credits are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the chosen option and payment provider.
Special notes:
- Promotional discounts or bundles may affect refund value; the refund will reflect the amount paid after discounts.
- Opened beverages will not be eligible for refunds; however, we offer lemonades such as juice or lemonade as substitutes when appropriate at our location.
- All food safety concerns will be handled in accordance with local health regulations and our internal quality assurance standards.
