PublicFoyerExchange started with a simple aim: to share authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Baker family established the eatery in 1985, beginning as a small, family‑run spot with recipes passed down through generations.

The founder learned the craft of pizza-making during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.

What began as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria has become a cherished local institution, yet our commitment to quality and authenticity remains intact. We still use wood‑fired oven techniques, prepare dough fresh daily, and source only the highest quality ingredients available.

Today, PublicFoyerExchange remains a family‑owned operation, now led by the second generation of the Baker family. While we’ve adopted some modern touches, the essence of our business stays the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
